Today in Parliament Tuesday 20 November The Chancellor, Alistair Darling, had to come clean in the Commons today and admit the security of British families had been put at risk by the loss of data at HM Customs and Revenue. That data contained personal details of half the British population. Those in question were all families with children under 16. David Wilby reports.
